How long can I access my courses? You can access your courses forever at any time. There are no subscriptions and all courses are a one-time purchase.
Do courses come with free updates? Sometimes small changes are made to courses, for example a new feature is added or existing feature changed. We aim to include these for you for free when possible. In other cases where a course requires a complete rewrite, the course can be purchased as an upgrade for a very small fee.
Do courses have subtitles (Closed Captions)? Yes, all courses have subtitles (Closed Captions) available in English.
Can I download the course videos? Each video is available for downloading for offline viewing as .mp4 files.
Can I share my course with someone else? Our licensing agreement prohibits any form of sharing. Account activity is tracked and abuse of copyright taken seriously.
Do I get an invoice receipt? You'll receive a PDF invoice via email with company and VAT details you supply upon purchasing your courses.
Can I pay via Wire or via Purchase Order? You can checkout online via credit card or PayPal, however we can process wire payments. Send us an invoice payment request.
Do I get a certificate? A certificate is available for each course when fully completed and is downloadable as a PDF.
How do I purchase for my Team? Choose your courses and increase the quantity to the required team size. You can invite team members after checkout.
How can I increase my Team size? Visit your Team and select "Team Settings" then "Add Seats". Select your quantity and then head over to checkout.
Can I see each Team member's progress? Select a Team to see a list of your members. Each member has a Progress column where you can see the completion status of each course.
